Pretty please, can you avoid sending big patches to the list? Or at least
attach them gzipped?

You should also add the Konq/E version to which the patch applies.
Especially the autoconf generated files can be so different from a snapshot
to another that patching fails.

Some other thing, using relative paths like konq-embed/... can sometimes
confuse the patch program. Make sure you use./konq-embed/... - this will
work with patch -p1 and should work also with patch -p0
