Fix VERSION and SOVERSION of private libraries.

Don't use the obsolete GENERIC_LIB_VERSION and GENERIC_LIB_SOVERSION
macros that are not defined anymore. (CMake was interpreting the missing
strings as "SOVERSION" being the value of the VERSION property.)
