Version:           4.0.0 (using KDE 4.6.5) 
OS:                Linux

Compare two directories contains different versions of project. Project contain
directory "include' and directory "dir1/lib/include" and other directories and
files. If directory "dir1/lib/include" contains file "CVS/Root" - kompare
mistakes show file from "include" to "dir1/lib/include"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
use kompare on two projects from archive in attachment
