I wanted to see the full source file and not just the spots with changes.
I tried all changes under configure Kompare/Diff/Format but it had no
consequences for the output format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
go to Kompare/Diff/Format and change something.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:
