Reopening.

Kevin, as maintainer of Kompare your duty is to enable Kompare development,
i.e. making sure that development resources like this bug tracker are in a
useful condition for any and all contributors to Kompare, especially future
contributors. Marking what looks like a perfectly valid report as RESOLVED
LATER for personal reasons rather than reasons relevant to the report itself
means failing to do right by the Kompare project and the community it's part
of.
