Using kde-4.5.3 gentoo packages with the patch from bug 249976 added.

I run 

kompare dir1 dir2

and often get a dialog about a malformed patch :(. Afterwards things seem to
work ok, the differences are displayed properly afaik. It seems like some
corner cases are still missing.

To reproduce the exact conditions, for example: * download
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/krecipes-2.0-beta1.tar.gz
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/krecipes-2.0-beta2.tar.gz
* unpack both
* compare the resulting dirs:
kompare krecipes-2.0-beta1 krecipes-2.0-beta2
