Kompare defect with excluding lines matching regex

Hi,
I found a problem in the way kompare handles the -I option passing to
diff which causes diff to throw up and the compare fails as a result.
It's just an extra bit of whitespace. I attached the patch. This is
already fixed on the development branch at revision 1102932. This patch
is for the main trunk branch:
