[PATCH] Get rid of the Qt3 Support usage: part 2.

Hi,

Another piece of code that is worth porting to Qt 4 in my opinion is
the navigation tree. Here is a patch that changes it to use
QTreeWidgets instead of Q3ListView. As a bonus, the whole thing looks
better against the application style now.
