FWIW, I too would *very* much like optional line wrapping. I frequently work on
diffs with very long lines, and Kompare is akward to use then.

One solution to the problem of having a wrapped line look like separate changed
lines, is to employ the line-wrapping symbol used in Kate when you activate the
‘Show line numbers’ option. I think it works very well.
