What I usually do is to use "Swap source and destination" twice, which does 
this as a side effect. ;-)

Adding a reload menu entry should be trivial, but KDE 4.1 is currently in 
string and feature freeze, so it will have to wait for 4.2. Hopefully I won't 
forget. ;-)
