I'd like feature to print out multiple posts / a whole thread at once. Perhaps with a tree at the beginning of the print-out, with the structure of the printed posts.
The not-printed posts of the thread could be printed in light grey to hint the thread structure.
Every printed post could also get a number which also appears on the tree, to make navigating the print-out easier.

I will perhaps implement this by myself, do you support this feature?
