Summary: Followup-To: and Groups: headers are NOT changed OR
saved if they are modified once a message has been
                    inserted into the Outbox
           Product: knode
           Version: 0.7.2
          Platform: FreeBSD Ports
        OS/Version: FreeBSD
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: knode-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: jesse at wingnet.net

Version: 0.7.2 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.3.3 [FreeBSD] 20031106
OS: FreeBSD

Followup-To: and Groups: headers are NOT changed OR saved if they are modified once a message has been inserted into the Outbox.

How to reproduce?

1.) Reply to a message on GMane (www.gmane.org) that is cross-posted (this will auto set TWO groups in the Groups: field and at least one group in the Followup-To: field.

2.) Message will get stuck in Outbox because there is a bug in GMane's version of INN that doesn't allow Followup-To: headers. It will say that you are not allowed to approve postings.

3.) Try to remove all but one group from the Groups: field and remove everything from the Followup-To: field.

4.) Send the message. It will give the same error.

5.) Exit KNode

6.) Open the Outbox_mbox file in .kde/share/apps/knode or whatever with your favorite text editor (VIM in my case). You will notice that the Groups: header and Followup-To: header have NOT changed.

The expected behavior would have been that KNode would correctly modify the Groups: and Followup-To: headers before sending the message, and if it can't send the message it should save the new settings to the Outbox_mbox file.

Thanks!
