It contains the string «www.arbeitsagentur.de» (french quoting characters IIRC). KNode does not recognize the last character as not belonging to the URL any more.
IMHO, there should be an _in_clusive list (ie. "which chars can be part of an URL"), not an _ex_clusive list. Otherwise people will keep coming up with weird characters that are used for quoting etc, which KNode does not recognize.
