[Knode-devel] [PATCH] Fix #70539

Hi,

the attached patch makes sure that knode doesn't save accounts which doesn't 
have a valid id yet. 

Currently knode saves a new account before it gets a valid id, resulting in a 
apps/knode/nntp.-1/ folder.

This should fix bug #70539.
