[Knode-devel] Fix bug #63613

Hi!

This patch fixes bug 63613 'unable to write the group file list'.

Right now knode won't create the directory until next startup, as the "nntp.%
1" was moved out of the locateLocal in newAccount(), but this patch fixes 
that.

Can I apply?
