A nice (and very easy to implement) improvement would be so save the MID of an article for which the scoring dialog has been opened. Furthermore it should be possible to enter a short comment for the rule.

I have several people in my killfile - and they surely deserve it - but in most cases I do not really remember why. This information can be interesting, though (when discussion with others about these people).
