Export scheduled transactions

Start with Sectuib 9. General Information.  There are two Schedule  
related reports, although the only difference I notice is the summary  
version omits the Category.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any other report that specifically  
address Scheduled Transaction, and I don't see "Scheduled" under any of  
hte Filter areas for existing reports.
