Reportview plugin missing in KMyMoney 5.2.1 Debian package

From what I can tell: not at all.

The missing report parts are most likely because the (external) diagram
module header files were not found during build time of KMyMoney. In that
case, the reports plugin will not be build and thus is missing in the
package. I think I have seen this before for debian based distros.
