Thanks for following up, I did overlook that. Flatpak has Opinions about how 
things should be named, so the mimetypes file and icons needed to be renamed so 
they are recognized in the flatpak build process. The nightly flatpak should get 
fixed with: https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/merge_requests/306 and the 
one on Flathub with: https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.kmymoney/pull/62
