Simple answer: no.

Will be fixed in 5.2.1 (this is due to a little difference between Qt5 and Qt6)

Maybe. Actually, these are two things

1) show all transactions in payee (possibly tags) view even if hide reconciled
   transactions is active
2) Show a total at the bottom of the payee (possibly tags) view
