The translation is performed by a complete different team in KDE. I can
tell you anything about the status. You can probably get more information
when you politely ask on http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-i18n-de/
about the status of the KMyMoney 5.2 translation for German.

Not sure why this happened. We simply use the KDE provided mechanisms.
