Where's the ledger filter?

I think the decision was mainly to save space, as Ctl-F is very easy to
display the feature. I do not know if there is a wishlist bug filed to
allow it to default to being always displayed.
Thinking onf Ctl-F as search (or find) is correct. The only problem for
me seems to be the possibility it is confused with Transaction Find
(Ctl-Shift-F I think) which is a different feature.
