finance::quote not supported by 5.2-4671

Hi

I have not been able to update my share quotes with 5.2.1.

On checking the Investment Wizard I found the Online Update 'Use 
Finance::Quote' greyed out.
On hovering mouse over the tickbox I get the message:-
"Finance::Quote not supported by installed Alkimia library"

I could not find a previous report or bug.
Is this standard or indeed a bug?
