Booking a loan as a lender

Thank you Thomas and Jack,

I might have overseen it when creating the loan account. I repeated it 
and now it's clear.

Suggestion for future versions of KMymoney: Let all properties of such 
accounts, even if it may be somewhat complex... ;-)
