Problem with macOS arm64 download

The MacOS builds are currently not working properly. I took the opportunity being at
Akademy to talk to Julius who is more literate with the Apple eco system.

He noticed, that one build always timed out due to a cache not being updated and
it seems that this will be fixed shortly. The other thing is, that some files are
present in the bin directory which Apple does not allow to be there and does not
sign the software package. I need to take a look at that once back home from the
conference. 

So for now, we see light at the end of the tunnel but can't say how far we have to
go to reach that end.
