KMyMoney Digest, Vol 158, Issue 15

Anybody try exporting to html? I generally do that then call up the
report in  a browser. Printing then paginates correctly with no cutoff
items at the bottom and you get table headings at the top of the pages.
Tested on debian 12, kmm 5.1.3.
