Tag multiple transactions

  Hello,  I echo your request but as far as I know the tagging system  
is currently broken and partially works so be careful in spending  
countless hours in tagging stuff...

I meant to provide more troubleshooting/debut feedback for a ticket I  
created a long time ago and completely forgot...
