Update Stock And Currencies Fails

Like I said, the LibreOffice extension was working fine. The Yahoo
Finance web page and app on my tablet were also working fine. Everything
else, including direct connect to the few bank accounts that still use
it was working fine. I only tried a fresh compile since I had not done
so in several weeks. I did not think there was much of a chance it would
fix the problem, especially since most recent changes seem to only
affect the master branch. Plus the older version worked fine until
yesterday.

I did not report it because it felt like something that would go away
and there would be no way to figure out what was wrong. I only reported
my issue after seeing that someone else had the same problem, meaning it
was not a local problem on my system. By then, the problem was gone.
While it's easy to blame Fedora, I have not updated my computers in the
last several days so I doubt it's that simple.
