No. You should anonymize/generalize also every information regaring subject
of the bookings, amounts, etc. I need only some test data to see if the
format is suitable for further work with my script:

Exactly formatted false data, exactly formatted flase amounts.
Pay extra attention to headers junk data (advertising...) and text running
over more than one line.

Think of a PDF with which you don't have problems if you see it printed in
your local newspaper. ;-)
