BTW: All upper-case characters is considered crying. I hope your problem
is not live threatening.

I think, I don't fully understand your questions. My rusty French lets me
translate prévision as forecast but 'stte' does not make sense to me.
Where do you expect data to appear? A new account usually does not contain
any historical data and if you don't have schedules defined for that
account no data is present to do a forecast.

Hope that makes sense.
