can this be done

Most users make the accounts in the software follow what happens in
their real accounts. If you buy something with the credit card, you
add a transaction for that purchase. If you move money from your
checking account to the credit card, you add a transaction for that
transfer. Yes, you could move the money from checking to credit card
in KMM so you think that money is no longer available to spend in the
checking account, but then when you actually pay the credit card from
the checking account, you can't enter that transaction, since you have
already transferred those funds within KMM. I suppose you could then
delete those transactions and just enter the one for the real payment,
but that seems like a lot of extra bookkeeping. Another choice would
be to create a second checking account in KMM, so the two KMM checking
accounts really represent the one real checking account, with one
representing the amount put aside for paying the credit card (or other
bills.) Is this close to what you are looking for?
