Apparently this has been added to KMyMoney. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=297873

Since you don't mention the version of KMyMoney you are using I can't tell if you have that fix or not.

btw: when writing e-mails, text below a line containing two dashes and a blank will be automatically removed in replies - at least in somewhat intelligent clients like KMail. Your original mail started out with this pattern, so getting your text into this reply was a bit of manual copy/paste work. Just wanted to let you know.
