Update Stock Prices Fails

Did I speak too soon or am I expecting too much.
Using the “google fix” with the %2 removed (see below), I updated today (after 5 p.m.).
However, it appears that the “update” gave the same prices and the date given
for the update is Nov 2. 

Suggestions?
