I may be totally wrong but what version of KDE do you now have? Isn't Leap frameworks?

Hm, if they are not installed the KMyMoney must use those installed from 
AqFinance. Which is basically OK. Depending on the way installable packages 
were built this can cause some trouble though. Martin Preuss could provide 
more information here.

That might not be enough for the problems you encounter. But again, if you 
don't have AqBanking and Gwen installed separately and KMyMoney would use the 
installation from AqFinance and there things are working I am puzzled. Looks 
like we need to move this over to aqbanking-user at lists.aqbanking.de and get 
Martin's expertise on board.

At this point I am not sure if that is a good idea. We first need to make sure 
if AqF and AqB can live in parallel.

That again is a question for the Aq*-Expert. I have no idea as I have never
