[Kmymoney] Can't close an empty account. Why?

Hi Thomas,

although I am running here on MacPorts a rather recent git version being

	kmymoney4-devel @4.8-20150612

I do see the “Edit account” button, but I definitely do not have this
“Close account” button displayed in my Accounts view.
Too bad, so I can’t hover over it…
