[Kmymoney] Can't close an empty account. Why?

Indeed, and the context menu has no mouse-over tooltip. You have to 
manually add the Close button to the toolbar. Then, if the button is 
disabled, hovering with the mouse will display a tooltip with the reason 
why it can't be closed.
I'm still not happy with the solution, though.

I think we should point better to the reasons why an account can't be 
closed (what's the balance, children accounts, schedules), and also 
being able to force the closing, tidying up after the user.
