[Kmymoney] Can't close an empty account. Why?

KMyMoney master has a new feature that will display in a tooltip on the 
Close button the reason why it's still disabled.
If it's an account you used for transaction investments, it might be a 
rounding issue. I'm still trying to figure out a way to deal with that 
kind of problem.
