I would certainly be thinking of upgrading to 4.7.2, although 4.8.0 
appears imminent.

I've just checked in 4.7.2.  With a reinvested dividend, when Edit is 
clicked, the Interest field disappears, but returns correctly on 
entering, and the total remains correct.  This is probably because the 
interest amount depends on the Shares and Price, which possibly are 
about to be edited.  The Interest field then gets updated correctly.

With a Dividend, the Interest field still appears, and both the Interest 
and Total fields are still correct on entering.
