[Kmymoney] Account type in CSV plugin

Hi Alvaro

Just wondering if there were any developments?

I've just set up a new file with no accounts.  On import, I elected to 
create a new savings account and imported into that with no trouble.  I 
think the indication that it has a checking account to import is just a 
guess, as it has no information to go on.
