[Kmymoney] too many currencies same symbol as $

Many currencies share the same symbol $ including USD.  Many users may have
USD within their portfolio other than their base currency (whose symbol is
also $).  It causes some confusion in e.g. summary screen.

Hope that in future fixes there could be a tweak on it e.g. using currency
ID.  Thanks.
