[Kmymoney] location for FID and url

Ok, sent in request to one of the the banks.  Will post the results to the
list.  The other is Chase and relative has been using Quicken but now is
getting an error message.

ERROR #15500 Signon invalid: "The user cannot signon because he or she
entered an invalid user ID or password."
Server message: Error occurred logging in"

She is certain of her user name and password and logged into the accts.

The two institutions are

Northwest Savings Bank
Service 1st FCU
Chase credit cards

She signed into Fidelity Investments just fine.

Do you all prefer top or bottom posting?
