[Kmymoney] conversion mismatch in report "Budgeted vs. Actual"

Hi,
Thanks to Michael's help I found the problem.
It's one of those cases where you wonder first, how we didn't hit it
sooner, and right after that, how to fix it without breaking anything else.
:)

I'm working on it and I hope I will have a fix in the next few days.
