[Kmymoney] Cross currency stock dividend payment

Hi there,

Seems to be a problem there.  1 HKD = 0.8 CNY.

Have a HKD stock paying its dividend in CNY.

When booking the dividend transaction at the investment account (HKD),
dividend is paid to an asset saving account (CNY).  Income Category is
dividend_pmt (CNY).

The result is
DR Asset Saving account (CNY)   CNY 160
CR Income dividend_pmt (CNY)        HKD 160 (=CNY 128)

Interim solution: booking the correct amount HKD 200 to an asset saving
account (HKD) 1st, and transfer the amount HKD 200 (=CNY 160) to an asset
saving account (CNY)
