[Kmymoney] Budgeted vs. Actual Report shows wrong totallings with columns set to quarterly

Hi Michael,

I'll have to check. What I think might be happening is the currency
conversion is being done late in the process, thus using different dates
(and the result is therefore different).

The report module is showing its age.
