[Kmymoney] import csv problems

That's a 4.6.3.1 so that should be it.  However I do notfind the ppa there.
 I need the whole thing so I can copy and paste -  I am uncertain if I can
get it right otherwise.  I tried installing the tar but I do not know how
unless it opens with software center, which is does not.  With the ppa I
can do it thru software ctr or synaptic.
