[Kmymoney] Ease of use on a Mac

Hi Rolf,

I suggest installing MacPorts on your MacOSX and then install the port called kmymoney4-devel. This will give you the latest development version which is reasonably stable these days.

But beware, it might take quite a few hours to install all necessary dependent ports. Lately binary ports are possible, so it should be much faster than it was in the past.
