Not directly. KMyMoney itself uses an XML structure to store the data, but 
cannot import an arbitrary XML source. Supported general formats for import 
are: CSV, QIF, OFX.  We do support direct import from GnuCash (which also 
comes along as XML) but I think this is not what you are looking for.

Not knowing the details about your XML file, my suggestion would be to follow 
the CSV route. It's now just a matter to convert your XML to CSV.
