No, that method of installing is no longer used.  Instead, it uses
cmake instead of make.  Useful info. on this build process is at
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/extragear-office/kmymoney/installation.fromsource.html
although it references older versions than the current.

Your best bet might be to look to Claydoh's PPA,
as that is kept well up-to-date.
