[Kmymoney] Including transfers in budget reports?

Hello,

I have been using KMyMoney for a number of years and I love it. It has done
everything I needed until a few months ago.

I've joined finances with my fiancee, and I would like to generate a simple
monthly budget report so we can keep track of where the money is going. The
budget report that comes with KMyMoney is almost what I need, but I would
also like it to show transfers between accounts (such as credit card
payments). Is there a way to do this?

The report configuration dialog has a checkbox for "Include transfers", but
it doesn't seem to have an effect on budget reports.
