[Kmymoney] Monthly vs. yearly in budgets

Thanks for all of you for your comments. I added a wish, see at 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293302 .

This might be a hack, but I was wondering if this kind of budget handling 
could be implemented so that yearly budgets are considered to be individual 
budgets, but their total available sum is calculated each month by taking 
already spent money from original amount?

But that was just a thought, you might be aware far better ways to do it. :)
